Series: Unafraid

Week 2 Unafraid

Week 1  Unafraid

Dear Lamplighters,

We will begin our study Unafraid: Living with Courage and Hope in Uncertain Times next Sunday, June 7. Authored by Adam Hamilton two years ago, the study focuses on an issue that is pervasive in our contemporary culture: fear. From existential questions of death and illness to social anxieties to major political and social upheavals, he addresses the anxieties and worries that so many of us face every day and helps us understand how to acknowledge fear without letting our lives be controlled by it.

Resources included with the study include a book, Living Unafraid devotionals, a DVD with segment presentations, and a leader’s guide with discussion topics and activities. Currently, some of the resources are available online at no charge.
We want to limit our class time as we have these past few weeks. Rather than play the DVD segment during class, we ask that you view the DVD segment at your convenience. It is your option to read the book chapters online, order the book, or just listen to the weekly class presentations.

Here are the links for next week.
